"Gordon and his team have just finished our garden renovation works and what a transformation. The results have more than exceeded our expectations ... we are absolutely delighted. The old grey slabs were replaced by beautiful Lakeland sandstone, the colours of which contrast so well with the painted sleepers Gordon used to structure the whole garden. "Really pleased with all the bits & pieces you've done for us, as well as the big job of the new raised beds. "We had a fairly small garden in two parts (a flat part plus a slope) and as its not attached immediately to our house we don't use it a lot and it has become more and more overgrown and less usable. The slope got the nickname "the jungle"as it was so overgrown.
Gordon listened to our needs and the fact we had a fairly limited budget and then formulated a plan, to make a much tidier, safer, easy to maintain space with the priority to create maximum space for our young children to play in. As he worked on clearing the garden plans evolved a bit in order to create even more space.
We are delighted with the results, we now feel we've got a tidy, safe, much more spacious space and it looks really smart to boot!! Very happy to recommend Robson Landscaping ltd!"

"We moved in to a new home last year with a mature garden. It had been looked after round the edges but a lot of the plants and trees hadn't been touched for many years. Although we tinkered round the edges the big jobs hadn't been touched and we needed a serious tidy up. We asked Gordon over and he suggested coming for one day and doing as much as he could. Between Gordon and Derek they worked solidly all day. Hedges were trimmed back, trees cut, bushes cut and removed and the garden is now looking open and full of potential. I can now see parts of the garden which were hidden by over grown bushes and I have a big border to work with which was also over grown. I was so impressed with the quality of work. Gordon and Derek were very considerate and easy to have around. Their attitude towards what they were doing was very positive and they offered ideas and suggestions for moving forward. I would thoroughly recommend them and plan to use again for other pieces of work."

"Initially providing garden maintenance at our previous home, Gordon did an excellent job in getting it looking especially good for our house sale.
When we moved to our new home, the substantial back garden was a steeply sloping neglected tip, littered with general rubbish from the redevelopment of the house. Gordon set about clearing the rubble and debris, levelling the garden with 24 tonnes of soil boxed in with railway sleepers (Gordon made the calculations to ensure a properly engineered structure), then preparing borders and laying lawn to give us a beautiful - and useable - outdoor space. When it also became apparent that our decking (provided by others) turned into 'a bouncy castle' as soon as you walked on it, Gordon came up with a solution which involved him crawling under the decking for hours to secure every plank. Having completed the rear garden, he went on to maintain the garden regularly (including the massive double hedge round the property, and power washing the large Monobloc driveway at the front).
Completely trustworthy (we were always happy to leave house keys with him when we went out), reliable and punctual, Gordon’s positive, helpful and friendly attitude shines through in everything he does. We would be more than happy to recommend him."

Gordon and the guys at Robson Landscaping ltd built a fence for me a couple of years ago after a storm blew down my old one. Gordon gave me some great advice about the type of fence I should go for to ensure that it wouldn't blow down again.
The quality of the work the guys put in was first class, the fence looks great and throughout the whole time Gordon kept me up to date with how it was progressing. Once complete you would never have known that the guys had been there, as they cleared everything away and left the garden exactly as they found it (aside from the fence obviously). Gordon also kept the joining neighbours engaged to ensure that during the disruption of a new fence being put up they were told when it would be finished and he ensured they weren't inconvenienced.
I would highly recommend Gordon and the team.
